I realise that things don’t always turn out as expected and emergencies do happen, however, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment as this time is reserved especially for you.

Bookings are subject to a 50% non refundable booking fee, this will be deducted from the cost on the day.

24hrs notice is required for all cancellations, failure to do so will incur a 50% charge.

Appointements can be rescheduled to a later date without loosing the booking fee as long as the 24hr notice is adhered to.

If you do not show for your appointment or cancel on the day then 100% of the treatment cost will be due and will need to be paid before any further appointments can be booked.

Patch tests are required for HD Brows, Brow Sculpt, Hybrid Brows and Tints at least 48hrs before your first appointment or if it has been longer then 6 months since your last treatment.

Prices are subject to change with an 8 week notice period.
